Special features of the gin:
This local gin is flavoured with botanicals from the hotel’s rooftop garden – including rosemary, blueberries, verbena and lemon balm for a sweet, spicy and citrus-fresh note in the gin. But that’s not all – the gin is also matured in wooden barrels, which are stored in the charming surroundings of the ISArBAR.
This cooperation promises an exceptional flavour experience for gin lovers and guests of the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost.
The MUNiG – Munich Premium Gin Manufactory:
The gin manufactory MUNiG – Munich Premium Gin stands for regional production with organic ingredients. London Dry Gin in the New Western style with 43% alcohol is distilled without additives and refined with 22 different botanicals such as juniper, citrus fruits, pepper or pomegranate as well as 12,000-year-old Munich deep well water. Only 150 bottles of the vegan drink are produced per spirit, filled in high-quality stoneware containers.
Design and regionality:
The design is a declaration of love to the Bavarian capital and once again underlines the regionality of the product – labels labelled by hand with great attention to detail complete the look of the bottles.
