Sustainability Certification - Green Key

Green Key is an eco-label for tourism and leisure establishments and is awarded to establishments that fulfil a list of environmental requirements. Obtaining Green Key demonstrates the establishments efforts to develop an environmental friendly, sustainable and responsible business and the responsibility of the establishment for its surroundings and society

The Sofitel Munich Bayerpost team is proud to have received the Green Key certification in July 2023. In order to obtain the certification, various measures were taken, such as banning single-use plastic. Focusing on vegan food in the food & beverage area. In addition, energy consumption is optimized, resources are used more efficiently and attention is paid to environmentally friendly procurement. Our team has been trained to integrate environmentally conscious practices. The award further commits us to sustainable action for a better future.
