We want you to relax during this festive season! No cooking stress, no standing in line while shopping.

Enjoy a traditional duck dinner at home this year and let our kitchen team around Executive Chef, Andreas Donnerbauer, do the work for you.

You simply pick up your duck menu here at the hotel on your requested date and then prepare it at home in just a few simple steps.

Duck menu for you:

½ Bavarian duck with a honey and pepper glaze

In addition we serve duck sauce, red cabbage, dumplings, chestnut puree and cranberries.
