May at Sofitel Spa is dedicated to “Energy Days”, a unique opportunity to recharge and regenerate your inner energy.

Every Wednesday, our Sofitel Spa team offers treatments with a specific theme.

03.05. – Spa Energy Treatment

On this day there is a 30% discount on the Energy Treatment, which consists of a physical (hot & cold), aromatic elements as well as an activating grip technique. Vouchers for this treatment can also be purchased on this day at 30% discount at Sofitel Spa.

10.05 – Stress Out Energy In -feel your Skin.

The spa offers an express facial treatment to revitalize the skin and reduce stress. Each skin type will receive the necessary ingredients to revitalize it. In addition, each client receives a complimentary hydrojet massage. Treatment duration 50 minutes.

17.05. – Energy in your Body

The focus is on physical and mental strength – with an early morning run through the park and a sunset yoga session in the boardroom. For the morning run, the meeting point is at 7 am in front of the hotel, the evening yoga session starts at 6 pm.

24.05 – Sun “the origin of all energy”.

The spa will offer Sunconcierge service at Opera Square and promote the Sun Care product line. The team will offer sun protection to the guests in the restaurant.

Special facial treatment at the spa called “enjoy the sun” – a vitamin and moisturizing treatment for the skin.

31.05. – Everything is Energy

Release blockages and bring your body and mind into a state of balance and wellbeing with this exclusive treatment by energy therapist and coach Doris Schueler.
